The article entitled “A Clash of Governance Logics: Foreign Ownership and Board Monitoring” coauthored by our colleagues Monica Lopez-Puertas and Kurt Desender, jointly with our friends Ruth Aguilera (Norteastern Univesity) and Rafel Crespí (Universitat de les Illes Balears) has been accepted for publication in the Strategic Management Journal (an A+ journal in Management).
